These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of muydelicioso.app (the "Site"), operated by Muy Delicioso, a DBA of Ktown Cloud LLC ("Delicioso," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to our content. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download our content using automated tools without written permission
- Republish substantial portions of our content on other sites or applications
- Use our content to train machine learning models without written permission
- Misrepresent the source of our content or remove attribution
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure
2. Content Accuracy
We work hard to keep dish, place, and recipe information accurate, but food businesses change frequently. Hours, menus, ownership, and even the existence of restaurants can change without notice. Always verify with the establishment before visiting.
Recipes and culinary information are provided as a reference for home cooks. They are not professional culinary or dietary advice. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, consult with a qualified professional.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, illustrations, data compilations, design, and code — is owned by Ktown Cloud LLC (operating as Muy Delicioso) or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. The names "Delicioso," "Muy Delicioso," and the wordmark are trademarks of Ktown Cloud LLC.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (when submission features are available), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Site.
4. No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ktown Cloud LLC (operating as Muy Delicioso) and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or food experiences that did not meet your expectations.
6. Marketplace (Future)
When we launch the vendor marketplace, separate vendor terms will apply. Vendors will keep 100% of their earnings with zero platform fees. Vendor terms, payment processing, and refund policies will be published before any marketplace transactions occur.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as restaurant websites or social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
